Nominations for the 2011 Tom Quilty will commence from April 1st 2011 and close on August 19th 2011.

Note: Powered sites are NO LONGER available, please be aware of this when completing your nomination and camping form.

Important Note:

You must send your prenom form and $100 fee when entering. You must ALSO send the $50 camp fee and $20 Vet Levy at the same time to secure a camp site (TOTAL $170 paid to prenominate 1 horse and ask for a camp site.)

Camp sites are available on a first come first serve basis and your prenom will NOT be serviced without the correct money! One camp fee will not secure a reservation for more than 1 horse. Please read the form carefully and help us get this right.

Camp fee only will NOT hold a site, the $100 prenomination fee must also be paid. You can always change the horses details later if necessary.

If you are a spectator or helper only then you will be in a separate area for Camping. Helpers needing room for a caravan should contact Jean Sims on 0429781004 to register.

Some helpful information:

• Non refundable prenomination $100 (payable upon nomination)
• Total ride entry fee $360 all divisions ($100 payable with nomination, remaining $260 payable by 1st September)
  
• Campsites $50 per horse
• Vet Levy $20 per horse
• Dinner tickets $40
• Nominations will need to be posted with cheque payment to Sue Arwen
• Cheque payments will need to be made out to SA QUILTY COMMITTEE INC.
